Physio led Pilates (or Clinical Pilates) provides a safe environment for restoring core stability, flexibility and posture following an injury, back pain, pre and post-natal and can be tailored to meet the needs of those with Arthritis and Osteoporosis.

Individual assessment and 1:1 or small group instruction from an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist means that you will always be taught by someone who understands your injury.
